Marketing:
A targeted advertising and media campaign will include local radio stations, news papers in Las Cruces, Dona Ana County and Luna Counties. 37% of Dona Ana County‘s adult population is made up of citizens 50 years and older. New Mexico was ranked the third fastest growing senior haven in the 2000 census. This number will only get bigger over the next 20 years.
Southwest Senior: monthly will publish event notices through the event.
Direct Mail: will include announcement cards to a qualified list of active Businesses.
Presentations: will be made to area businesses and networking events throughout southern New Mexico.
Posters will be placed throughout Dona Ana and neighboring counties.
Providing free vaccinations:
In an effort to boost attendance Sagebrush Promotions is negotiating with local health care providers to help provide if available free vaccinations for flu, pneumonia and other illnesses as well as screenings.
Other Marketing Opportunities:
Advertising will be available in the show directory and guide.
Advertising will be available in some local media at certain rates so as to provide you the vendor an opportunity to let current and future customers to plan their visit to the Expo. Please check with Sagebrush Promotions on availability.

Vendors Need To Know:
Available to every vendor will be High Speed Internet provided by Comcast. You will need an appropriate card for access.

Booth Fees:
After surveying similar senior events in small, medium and large communities, we have come up with competitive pricing for vendors and sponsors.
$500 per booth
$350 per non-profit booth
Multiple booth pricing available
(Please, no sharing of space. You may sponsor another organization in another booth.)
