Expo Multimedia Marketing

Sagebrush Promotions has taken a multimedia approach to advertising all of their events. In all, more than $50,000 is used in an intense two-week media campaign leading up to and throughout the current event targeted at attracting attendees. The campaign is coordinated by a local experienced ad agent. Except for minor changes, the media breaks down this way.

Cable Television: $10,000 in advertising is used, which amounts to 1200 advertising spots on those stations and times best suited to reach that particular event demographic.

Radio:
Sagebruch Promotions will be investing $10,000 to $12,000 and through coooperative agreements with local radio media each event will be well advertised. The radio spots will promote the sponsors of the event and the event information covering as much prime time as possible.

Newspapers:
Again, through cooperative agreements, Sagebrush Promotions will spend between $12,000 and $15,000 on newspaper advertising.

Two weeks before the event handbills are placed in appropriate areas as well as posters promoting the event.
Some of these agreements are subject to change according to current market availability and certain events.
